Coaching is a growing profession that is unlike consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. Our Coaches are trained to listen, observe, and customize their approach to your individual needs. We seek to elicit solutions and strategies from you. Then our job is to provide support to enhance your skills, resources, and creativity. While the majority of Professional Certified Coaches are focused on working one-on-one with clients, group and team coaching is equally beneficial.

Partnership

Together you and your coach examine the current status, discover any obstacles or challenges, and choose a course of action to move you into a more desirable situation. As coaches, we know that you have your own answers and hold your own unique keys to health, success, happiness, and abundance.

Process

Coaching is a process, a process within the partnership. It addresses your values and priorities, whether they are personal, business, career, family, health, or other situations in life.

The coaching process ultimately assists you in finding clarity in your desires, as well as your challenges. Through thought-provoking, intuitive questions, you become empowered to see your own answers and unlock your dreams. This allows you to move forward in your career, relationships, personal growth, and in all aspects of life.

Path

Coaching has the freedom and flexibility to address a wide variety of personal and professional topics. In any given coaching relationship, you and your coach determine the scope of your work. Coaching is not necessarily restricted to a narrowly defined path nor is its direction predetermined in any other way.

Personal

The coaching experience is personal and unique to each client.  The time spent with a coach is dedicated to your priorities, your goals and your plan for moving forward.  It is personal in that it is confidential and private, only between you and your coach.   It is personal in that it's all about you, and only about what is of importance to you in moving forward.

Passion

Coaching is our passion! It's an arena in which we meet and connect with other people sharing what we have learned and learning from those with whom we have shared. It is our hope that through coaching, your passion is awakened and realized.

As coaches, we listen to what you, the client has to say, then we listen to what you have not said, and then we listen to the power behind you listening to yourself.
